Tax SeniorPosition Overview The Tax Senior will be responsible for managing and preparing tax returns for both individual and business clients. This position involves ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing expert advice to clients on tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in tax preparation and review, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review individual and business tax returnsEnsure compliance with federal and state tax regulationsProvide tax planning and consulting services to clientsAssist with the implementation of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilitiesCoordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation for tax preparationStay updated on tax legislation and changes affecting clientsConduct tax research and analysis as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and complianceStrong knowledge of individual and business tax laws and regulationsProficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCPA eligibility is a plusExperience in tax review is considered an advantage
