We are seeking a civil litigator with 2‑5 years' experience for our general liability & casualty defense practice group. Job Duties and Responsibilities Initiative‑taking case management from start to finish in both state and federal courts Drafting of pleadings, written discovery, and motions Frequent client communication Comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategy recommendations Expert witness coordination and collaboration Deposition, court hearing, and mediation attendance Trial preparation and attendance Qualifications J.D. degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Texas required. 2‑5 years litigation experience in both state and federal courts Construction defect experience preferred.
