Physical Therapy - PT SNF
This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 35 hours per week with a weekend rotation. This is a permanent placement opportunity offering a salary range of $45–$52/hour, with the option for increased pay in lieu of benefits. The role requires strong clinical confidence in a fast-paced rehab environment.
Requirements: Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license and have completed an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT). Experience in SNF or rehab settings is preferred. Clinical maturity and independence are essential. Must be able to work in environments requiring drug and alcohol compliance standards.
The PT will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy interventions including gait training, strengthening, balance training, and mobility exercises. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating care plans, documenting sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery and safe discharge outcomes.
