Bioanalytical Chemist

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bioanalytical Chemist to support the analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics in a laboratory setting. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on analytical experience who are comfortable working independently while maintaining high‑quality standards in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics Independently operate analytical instrumentation, including: RP-UPLC RP-HPLC UV spectroscopy Prepare samples and standards for analytical testing with minimal supervision Execute routine testing and ensure accurate documentation of results Conduct monthly maintenance of laboratory instrumentation Support general laboratory operations and organization Adhere to cGMP guidelines and properly utilize LIMS systems Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent relevant experience) 2–6 years of hands‑on bioanalytical or analytical chemistry experience Experience operating chromatographic and spectroscopic instrumentation Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory environment Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Experience with iCE (imaged capillary electrophoresis) Familiarity with CEX (cation exchange chromatography) and similar separation techniques Knowledge of compendial assays (USP/EP methods) Key Competencies Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Excellent documentation and organizational skills Understanding of regulated laboratory environments (cGMP) Hiring Process 10‑15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter 45‑60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or a Group Leader 30‑45 Minute In‑Person to Meet the Team Position is Full Time, Monday‑Friday, First Shift, Monday through Friday from 8am‑5pm.
