Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

This is a senior-level role overseeing commercial and institutional construction projects valued at $10M+ , with responsibility from preconstruction through project closeout.

• 15+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M+
• Strong background with budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Experience mentoring Project Managers, APMs, and field teams
• Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and construction management software experience preferred

Compensation:

$100K–$125K base salary, depending on experience
