Sterile Processing Education Specialist - Hospital
Boston Children's Hospital
Boston Children’s Hospital seeks an SPD Training Specialist to lead education and competency programs for Sterile Processing Department staff. In this role, you will design and deliver orientation, ongoing training, and skills assessments to ensure safe, accurate instrument reprocessing that meets AAMI, AORN, and hospital standards. You will partner with SPD leaders and perioperative teams to identify learning needs, update curricula, support new technologies, and promote best practices that reduce risk and enhance patient safety in a fast-paced pediatric environment.
