About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) to spearhead its technology and digital transformation strategy. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, strategic technology executive with a strong background in software engineering, application development, or enterprise application leadership. This role demands a leader who can balance long-term vision with disciplined execution, and who is adept at aligning technology investments with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities for the CITO include developing and executing a forward-looking technology strategy, leading digital transformation initiatives, and overseeing application delivery and modernization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and modern application delivery, and will be experienced in working within Agile environments. The CITO will also be responsible for guiding enterprise architecture, ensuring the scalability and security of applications, and promoting the use of data as a strategic asset. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. The role offers the opportunity to shape a multi-year technology strategy, lead a high-impact technology organization, and have executive-level visibility and influence. A background in financial services or other highly regulated industries is preferred, and experience with enterprise workflow, CRM, or customer experience platforms is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of stability and tenure in key leadership roles, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
