Senior Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background to join our team in a subcontractor leadership role. This position is ideal for a Project Manager coming from a GC environment who understands the pace, coordination, and accountability required on complex commercial projects.

The Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with GCs, owners, field teams, vendors, and internal leadership to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced managing schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships on active commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for General Contractors, owners, and project stakeholders
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and field operations
• Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, and ongoing coordination efforts
• Track project budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Maintain strong communication with superintendents, foremen, and field personnel
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting schedule or cost
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with GC project teams and clients
• Support estimating, preconstruction, and business development efforts as needed
• Drive projects toward successful completion while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
