OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in New Orleans, LA by HMD Trucking

HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Operate nationwide flatbed routes from New Orleans, LA as an HMD solo CDL A driver.
Role Functions:
- Drive sleeper-cab trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and rider seats
- Load, tarp, secure freight and manage on-time deliveries
- Complete precise driving logs and safety checks
Earnings & Benefits:
- $0.70/mile base pay + $0.10 safety/productivity bonus
- $5,000 sign-on bonus; paid on haul completion
- Home time schedule, health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), full maintenance
