Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices
Daily cash postings and journal entries
Reconcile weekly commission payments
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate AR subledger and customer records
Reconcile AR accounts to the general ledger

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and cash posting
Strong understanding of AR processes (invoicing, cash application, reconciliations)
Experience with ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
