Requirements What You’ll Do As a Personal Caregiver, you’ll provide essential support to clients in their daily lives, including: Provide personal care according to the client’s care plan, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and helping with transfers as needed. Offering companionship and a listening ear—perfect for those who love to chat about the latest news or local events. Prepare simple, healthy meals. Perform light housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, and tidying up. Provide transportation to appointments and assist with miscellaneous errands. Communicate any changes or concerns to the office or family. What We’re Looking For Prior caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional). Current driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record. Reliable, compassionate, and patient. Ability to assist safely with mobility and daily tasks. Willingness to learn new skills and work independently and in cooperation with others. Ability to communicate with others effectively and professionally with a high degree of sensitivity and respect, timeliness, attire, policies, and procedures.
