Job Title: Project Lead 1 Location(s): Austin, TX Key Requirements: PMP certification is mandatory. At least 3 years of project coordination or project management experience. Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional and cross-divisional projects. Strong stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to create and maintain: Project plans Timelines and milestones Risk and issue logs Action item trackers Executive status reports Experience with process improvement initiatives. Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Strong documentation, organization, and accountability skills. Preferred background: Large enterprise or public‑sector environments. Process improvement and modernization initiatives. AI, automation, or digital transformation projects. Microsoft ecosystem tools: Planner Teams SharePoint Excel PowerPoint Power BI Visio Power Automate Power Apps Primary focus of the role: This is not a highly technical IT delivery role. It is primarily a project leadership and coordination position focused on planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, process improvement, risk management, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
