Montefiore has collaborated with Amazon One Medical to become the chief specialty care partner for Amazon One Medical’s primary care patients in Manhattan in Westchester County.

Under the general direction of the Senior Director, Analytics and Decision Support, create, maintain, and monitor revenue cycle and operational reports and analysis for senior executive leadership. Must be able to understand the needs of the leadership and create executive summary reports as well as detailed analytics to support the continuing growth of the partnership.

Key duties include:

Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable Analysis and journal entries to support month end close process; Reconcile Monthly Revenue to Lock Box and provide approval for funds transfer to Amazon; Reconcile detailed visit and billing transactions to monthly statement, and work with Amazon One team to identify and resolve issues; Partner with IT to develop and maintain (Power BI) KPI dashboard.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Physician practice/revenue cycle management required.
• Bachelor’s in finance, Healthcare Management, or Accounting Required - Masters Preferred
• Combination of 3-5 years of experience within Healthcare Revenue Cycle and Finance Required
• Experience with Power BI and SQL Preferred
• Strong Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookups, macros, etc)
• Working knowledge of EPIC Preferred
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage time and multiple concurrent projects
