Incident Response Associate

Job Overview The law firm seeks an Incident Response Associate to join their Privacy and Cyber practice group in Berwyn, PA. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in incident response, privacy advisory, and compliance. Duties Lead all aspects of the incident response process, including scoping calls and data mining efforts. Collaborate with insurance carriers and insureds during incident responses. Communicate with third parties, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies. Counsel clients on privacy compliance, pre-incident planning, and data-use best practices. Requirements Excellent academic and professional credentials. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage caseloads and client relationships independently. Experience advising on privacy compliance programs and data governance. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications CIPP, CIPM, or other privacy certifications preferred. Skills Proficiency in managing incident response processes. Ability to deliver projects with limited supervision. Experience in healthcare or financial services is a plus.
