Position Licensed Armed Security Site Supervisor – Valencia Area Responsibilities Lead daily security operations including access control management, CCTV surveillance monitoring, and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage and mentor 10+ security officers through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight. Requirements Valid California Guard Card Valid Exposed Firearm Permit CPR & AED Certification Must complete and obtain BSIS 32-Hour Training Certificate Flexible schedule required Must furnish own 9mm and level 3 holster Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish preferred Experience working in food manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environments with knowledge of OSHA safety practices and facility security procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Experience using access control and surveillance systems such as CCure 9000 and Avigilon Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must pass background check and drug screening Compensation: $25.00 p/hr Note: Remove any non–job-description content such as promotional language beyond what is necessary to describe the role, responsibilities, qualifications, or benefits.
