Our licensed, bonded, and trained caregivers offer personalized services including companionship, personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and 24/7 care. Role Overview: As a Senior Caregiver at Assisting Hands - NE San Antonio, you will be responsible for providing essential personal care and support to seniors and individuals in need. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to ensure they receive the best personalized care. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve. Key Responsibilities: Provide companionship and personal care services to clients in their homes. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation. Administer medication reminders and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Maintain accurate records of client care and daily activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care plans. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Previous experience in caregiving or related fields. Strong communication skills in English. Compassionate and caring nature, with a desire to help others. Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving tasks. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends. Bonus If You: Have a certification in First Aid or CPR. Possess additional languages to communicate with clients. Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities. Employment Type & Availability: This is a Part-Time position available seven days a week, offering flexibility in scheduling.
