Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance to support the maintenance supervisor and uphold safety and property standards. You will assist with service requests, routine upkeep, and coordination with the leasing team to maximize renewals. The ideal candidate has at least two years in apartment maintenance, a high school diploma, EPA certification, and a readiness to travel within the metro area.
