About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, responsible for shaping the financial strategy of the enterprise and making a significant impact on the community. This role involves overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, drive operational excellence, and be adept at managing complex, multi-entity financial operations. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive finance role, is required. Experience in gaming, hospitality, resort, casino, or multi-property environments is highly valued. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, capital projects, and executive leadership, as well as strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Excellent communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
