Join us as we continue to scale a state-of-the-art operation in White, GA.What you will doTroubleshoot and sustain advanced production machinery, including robotic systems controlled by PLCs.Diagnose and repair AC and DC servo drives, variable frequency drives, and complex hydraulic and pneumatic components.Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans aligned with safety and reliability goals.Interpret electrical schematics; install, wire, and commission equipment and panels.Perform machine safety inspections and adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) at all times.What you bringAn associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; and/or 5+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.Proven capability with PLCs—specifically Mitsubishi and Allen‑Bradley platforms.Demonstrated strength in both electrical system troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance (both are essential).Hands-on experience with AC and DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.Success profileContinuous learner with strong problem-solving instincts.Resilient and positive under pressure; high frustration tolerance.Adept multitasker with situational awareness in a fast-moving, frequently changing environment.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.Uncompromising commitment to safety.Your technical toolkitCreating preventive maintenance plansMechanical troubleshooting skills120/208/240/480 voltage systemsElectrical installationElectrical troubleshootingElectrical repairHigh voltage systemsPneumatics troubleshootingMaintenance and repair skillsIndustrial electrical experienceIndustrial electrical systemsHydraulic systems & componentsEquipment diagnostics & troubleshootingMechanical systems & component repairLockout/Tagout (LOTO)Electrical panel installationElectrical schematic readingLow-voltage cabling installationEquipment installation & wiringEquipment repair & maintenanceEquipment installationMachine safety inspectionsSchedule and environmentThis role operates on a night shift schedule and will include some weekends and holidays.
