Senior Business Analysts – Tampa, FL We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze and coordinate business activities and operational resources for Information Technology projects. Responsibilities Analyze and coordinate business activities and operational resources for IT projects. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis and task and workflow analyses. Define use cases to articulate new functional software needs. Create required project artifacts. Monitor project plans and create a detailed project plan. Create requirement traceability matrices to track business objectives using Python, Figma, Asana, Miro, Confluence, and Qualtrics. Create epics, story tasks and user stories. Document business processes and workflows. Create unit test cases and execute test plans for various. Create test scripts and scenarios to ensure that applications work according to business requirements. Coordinate issue reviews with follow up on assigned actions. Analyze test and performance results. Provide pre and post implementation data analysis and reporting. Document business processes and procedures for end users. Analyze risks and identify areas of improvement. Develop reports for management for project status, issues and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business or Engineering. At least one year’s experience in a similar position or in the IT or Business Analysis field. Experience with Python, Figma, Asana, Miro, Confluence, and Qualtrics. Location & Compensation Up to 100% travel to various unanticipated domestic client sites in the US required. Salary: $55.00 to $90.00 per hour.
