Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15) | Onsite | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a mixed CVICU environment, including cardiac and neurological patient populations
• Perform accurate and timely clinical documentation using Epic electronic health records
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition
• Float to sister facilities within the health system as needed to meet staffing demands
• Complete all required pre-start and annual competency modules in a timely manner prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Florida (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 18 months of ICU experience required; experience with both cardiac and neurological patients is required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission
• NIHSS certification required prior to assignment start date
• Proficiency in Epic at a self-assessed level of 3 or 4
• Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel drug screen including cotinine required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of ICU experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Familiarity with EKG interpretation and pharmacology assessments
