Pay: $17.00 per hour Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Location: I-10 East / 36th St

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing data entry using an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and materials.
• Prepare, pack, label, and organize outgoing orders for shipment.
• Perform data entry and update shipping and receiving records using an ERP system.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Load, unload, sort, and stage materials in designated warehouse areas.
• Communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal departments.
• Identify and report shipping discrepancies, damaged materials, or inventory issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience with data entry, inventory tracking, and order processing is a plus.
• Ability to accurately count, sort, and organize materials.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, data entry, or material handling.
