New Grad Registered Nurse Residency

Medical City Healthcare is seeking New Grad Registered Nurses for our Residency Program in the Finance & Insurance-aligned healthcare network. As a Resident RN, you will deliver safe, evidence-based patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors, rotating through key clinical units to build a strong foundation in assessment, medication administration, documentation, and patient education. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in classroom and simulation-based training, and receive structured feedback and mentoring to support your transition from student to professional nurse in a learning-focused environment.
