# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Conroe, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 6-week assignment, 48 hours per week; rotating shifts with every other weekend requirement; patient ratio 1:4**Highlights:** - Rapid response opportunity with start date 5-7 days from offer acceptance- 30-bed Emergency Department with additional hall bed capacity serving diverse patient population- Typical ED procedures including moderate sedation, cardiac monitoring, NIH stroke protocols, IV therapy, blood draws, and TNK administration- EMR system: Meditech- Equipment includes Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, Belmont Rapid Infusers, and portable EKG machines- Collaborative team environment with 77 staff members across day and night shifts**Requirements:** - Active Texas RN license or compact state license- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (must be included in submission packet)- Strong clinical skills in emergency nursing with compassion and empathy- ENPC certification preferred- Team player mentality with ability to work in fast-paced environment- No time off or special scheduling requests can be accommodated during assignment**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This rapid response position offers experienced Emergency Department nurses the chance to make an immediate impact in a well-equipped, collaborative environment.
