An "entry level" technician: Capable of oil changes, tire rotations, completing minor services, tire, and batteryreplacement etc. Can perform most tasks that do not require in-depth diagnostics or complex criticalmechanical aptitude with guidance as needed upon researching work instructions, or after being taught theproper techniques first. Education High School Experience 1-3 years Additional Information Must own your own tools Clean Driving record is a must New State of the art Facility Heat and Cooled shop As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
