This position is designed for project-based and collaborative work, including curriculum projects, instructional improvement, program development, research and analysis, professional learning facilitation, and district-wide implementation efforts. This job description applies to many varied situations in which a teacher is placed on temporary assignment outside the normal classroom. The list below should not be considered exhaustive: Active roles in Lakota Education Association Work Study Coordinator SCC Specialist 7-12 Gifted Support Advisor Behavior Specialist K-12 Special Education Academic Coach Special Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Valid Ohio Teaching License. Demonstrated instructional excellence. Experience with leadership or project-based work preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Valid driver's license. Working Conditions: 7.75 hours per day, 184 days per school year calendar.
