Director of Retail Operations

We’re Hiring: Director of Retail Operations & Growth We are a high-volume liquidation business selling appliances, furniture, flooring, tools, and home improvement products at deep discounts — and we’re growing fast. I’m looking for a Director of Retail Operations & Growth to run the day‑to‑day execution of the business and help take it to the next level. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands how sales, inventory, marketing, and people all connect. What You’ll Own This role has real authority and accountability , including: Running sales campaigns and driving daily/weekly revenue Holding salespeople accountable to activity, follow‑up, and closing Training and coaching the sales team (on the floor, not from a desk) Managing inventory, receiving, pricing, and store flow Understanding and operating within a liquidation / discount retail model Overseeing marketing execution (ads, promotions, local campaigns) Managing contractor & professional customer relationships Building and scaling e‑commerce (Shopify, marketplaces, listings) Improving systems, processes, and execution across the store Acting as the day‑to‑day operator so the owner can focus on growth You will not be “handed a playbook.” You will help build it, enforce it, and improve it .
