Production & Warehouse Opportunities – Chanhassen, MN

Midwest Staffing Group is hiring for multiple long-term and temp-to-hire opportunities in Chanhassen, MN! We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals interested in building a long-term career.

Available Positions

• Mail Inserter
• Material Handler
• Fold Operator
• Small Machine Operator
• Helper
• Machine Operator

Shift & Schedule

• 2nd Shift Opportunities Available
• 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
• Ability to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift
• Overtime opportunities may be available

Position Responsibilities

Mail Inserter

• Operate mail inserting and processing equipment
• Load materials and monitor machine operation
• Perform quality checks
• Sort and prepare finished products for shipment

Material Handler

• Move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Load and unload materials
• Stage products for production and shipping
• Use carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed

Fold Operator

• Operate folding equipment used in the production process
• Load materials into machinery
• Monitor equipment and make basic adjustments
• Perform quality inspections
• Package finished products

Small Machine Operator

• Operate smaller production machines and equipment
• Load and unload materials
• Monitor machines during production
• Perform quality checks
• Follow safety and production procedures

Helper

• Assist machine operators and production team members
• Load and unload materials
• Package and prepare finished products
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform general production duties as assigned

Machine Operator

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load materials and monitor machine performance
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Perform quality inspections
• Follow production, safety, and quality procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required for all positions
