Bartender

We are seeking experienced contract bartenders to join our team at our bustling venue in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidates will have a keen knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Certification in bartending or mixology preferred
