A leading hospice provider in Eau Claire is seeking a Hospice RN / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses. You will be the primary contact for patients and families, delivering skilled nursing care in home settings. The role demands strong communication and critical thinking skills, along with a valid RN license.
