Data Entry Associate - Production Department

We are a global sourcing company that specializes in the manufacturing and sales of activewear and

sportswear. We are seeking to hire a data entry associate.

Responsibilities include:

• Enter and maintain accurate  purchase order (PO) and production data in the company system.
• Review order sheets, style information, quantities, pricing, delivery dates, and other production details to ensure accuracy before entering data.
• Create and update POs based on approved order information and follow established company procedures.
• Compare information between order sheets, POs, factory confirmations, and production reports to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Review the shipping documents to enter dates in the order sheet in Excel. 
• Log sample submissions in the Excel chart. 
• Assist the Production team with daily administrative and data-entry tasks as needed.
• Organize production-related documents, including lap dips, fabrics, and trims, in the file. 
• Identify potential production or data issues early and escalate them to the appropriate team member.
• Assist the sales team by providing the information they need. 
• Prioritize multiple orders and deadlines while maintaining a  high level of accuracy and attention to detail .

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work with multiple teams.
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• General Computer Proficiency
• Understanding of planning in a production environment.
• Familiarity with AMT ERP Software a plus
