About the Position

The Federal Injury Centers is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our St. George, Utah team.

Our patients are primarily injured federal employees who need high-quality physical therapy to recover from workplace injuries and return to work.

We are looking for a therapist who wants to become an important part of a growing organization and who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

What Makes This Position Different

True 1-on-1 Care

You won't be expected to treat multiple patients simultaneously.

You'll have the time to:

• Perform thorough evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on treatment
• Work directly with each patient throughout their treatment
• Educate patients about their recovery
• Track progress and modify treatment plans
• Build meaningful relationships with your patients

Four-Day Work Week

This position is structured around a four-day work week , giving you an additional day away from the clinic while maintaining a full-time professional career.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Communicate with patients, physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Help injured federal employees recover and return to work
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Current Utah Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Orthopedic, occupational medicine, workers' compensation or similar experience is preferred but not required

Experienced therapists are encouraged to apply, and we will also consider newer therapists who demonstrate strong clinical skills, professionalism and a genuine commitment to patient care.
