Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care to telemetry patients, utilizing the nursing process
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-discharge care
Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and hospital policies
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years of telemetry or critical care nursing experience
Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Additional certification in clinical specialty areas
Experience with high-acuity patient care
