We're looking for hardworking, energetic leaders who are passionate about developing team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and helping drive restaurant success. Restaurant management experience is preferred, and flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and develop team members
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and onboarding
- Manage inventory and support food cost goals
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Balance cash drawers and ensure operational accuracy
- Help achieve sales, labor, and operational goals
- Deliver exceptional guest service and lead by example
