Primary Responsibilities • Endpoint engineering ownership for Lenovo fleet • Driver and BIOS management strategy • Intune application packaging and deployment • Windows Autopilot enrollment and provisioning • Nexthink adoption, health monitoring, and automation • Qualys remediation and vulnerability management • AVD endpoint integration and troubleshooting • Hardware lifecycle management and standards • Conference room and executive endpoint escalations • Automation of repetitive endpoint processes Required Skills • Intune • Autopilot • Windows 11 management • Lenovo Commercial Vantage • Lenovo System Update • Driver management and packaging • BIOS management • PowerShell • Nexthink • Qualys • Azure AD / Entra ID • AVD troubleshooting/Nerdio Business Gaps This Resource Fills • Reduces dependence on key engineers for endpoint escalations • Provides deeper hardware expertise for Lenovo environment • Accelerates Qualys remediation efforts • Improves endpoint health visibility through Nexthink • Creates bandwidth for automation and proactive engineering work • Supports Chicago event based coverage with an engineer who can handle executive devices and complex hardware issues • Improves AVD endpoint troubleshooting capability • Strengthens device standardization and lifecycle management

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
