About This Role NorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Safety Manager to support data center construction projects across Texas. In this role, you will lead day‑to‑day field safety efforts, partnering closely with crews, foremen, and project leadership to drive a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in the power or electrical construction industry, with a focus on data center or mission‑critical environments. This position plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying risks, and reinforcing safe work practices across active job sites.
