Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board eligible or board certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care
  • Eligibility to obtain professional licensing in New Hampshire

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands for this position are classified as LIGHT according to the Dictionary of Occupational Titles. The employee will regularly lift, carry, or push/pull items weighing less than 10 pounds, frequently handle up to 10 pounds, and occasionally manage up to 20 pounds.

Regular tasks include hearing and speaking, with frequent requirements to walk, sit, perform repetitive motions, and engage in activities that necessitate fine motor skills. Occasionally, the employee may need to bend, climb, reach, drive, smell, squat, and stand.

Vision requirements for this role include color vision, depth perception, far vision, near vision, and peripheral vision.

Employees may frequently encounter airborne pathogens, bloodborne pathogens, and bodily fluids, with occasional exposure to airborne contaminants, radiation, chemotherapeutic agents, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical hazards, non-weather-related heat or cold, variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and slippery surfaces.

The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate.
