Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit in a high-acuity acute care hospital. This role involves providing direct critical care to patients with complex conditions including respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac/pulmonary disease, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). The ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio and emphasizes teamwork, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice. This is an opportunity to work in a growing critical care environment with expansion into cardiac services.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
• 1 year ICU experience or 1 year nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and patient management skills
• Ability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced ICU environment

Shift Details

• Full-time, 12-hour shifts (ICU schedule varies by unit needs)
• Rotating schedule may apply based on staffing requirements

Compensation

• $74,880 – $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Sign-On / Relocation

• Potential sign-on bonus available (case-by-case basis)
• Relocation assistance available (case-by-case basis)
