• Prospect and secure new clients for personal lines insurance by using lead generation strategies, networking and cold-calling efforts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community businesses and organizations including realtors, financial planners, mortgage companies and brokers.
• Handle incoming new business phone calls and consistent outgoing calls to prospects and existing clients and document effort in the agency management system
• Consistent networking and account rounding efforts to generate revenue within 4 months of hire.
• Actively seek referrals from existing client base.
• Establish strong and positive relationships with account managers.
