Blue Ash Health & Rehab, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated STNA to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring proper infection control procedures.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with mobility and transportation within the facility as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

Requirements

• Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
