Chemist

Overview This position is based at the Kemin facility located in Russia (SEZ Lipetsk). The Chemist is responsible for the quality control of raw materials, in-process and final products using their skills to test and analyze raw materials or products in a laboratory and manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Ensure that all the raw materials at incoming stage are inspected & tested according to the procedures Test all incoming, in-process and final products according to the procedures with the test equipment as specified Analyze & evaluate all test results on conformity & act accordingly Ensure that all the test results are maintained to show evidence of conformity or non-conformity to the specified requirements Ensure that all the raw materials are issued to production department only after necessary inspection tests are done and results are matching with raw materials specifications Ensure that all the test equipment used in quality control departments are calibrated & maintained on a daily basis Keeping of laboratory documentation Qualifications Higher chemical education Relevant experience not less 3 years Knowledge of liquid chromatography (additional knowledge of gas chromatography will be an advantage) Pre-Intermediate knowledge of English Knowledge of incoming control A confident PC user (Word, Excel) #J-18808-Ljbffr
