Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students in the school setting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy (individual and small groups) to students, adapting activities to meet functional goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and the IEP team to support student progress.
- Document progress notes, outcomes, and communications in compliance with district policies and privacy regulations.
- Participate in meetings and maintain professional, ethical practice in a student‑centered environment.

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license to practice in Washington state.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience in pediatric or school‑based settings preferred; travel experience welcomed.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass required background checks.
- Ability to work in a school setting with adherence to district policies and schedules.
