Dermatology Health & Science Specialist AD - Columbus, OH

Field-based specialty sales role focused on driving adoption of dermatology therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers. Requires strong selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and ability to navigate reimbursement and access barriers across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on product launches and customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (associate's + 8 years or high school + 10 years)
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare experience
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record
• Specialty sales experience preferred, ideally dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base salary, plus sales incentive bonus
