If you like fixing broken processes, leading cross‑functional teams, and making real operational impact — this is your role.
We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager who enjoys solving problems, improving how work gets done, and leading teams through meaningful change. You’ll run a mix of operational, process, and system‑enhancement projects that directly impact safety, reliability, customer service, and day‑to‑day operations across the utility.

You own your projects end‑to‑end
You work directly with SMEs, field teams, IT, and leadership
Your work improves how thousands of customers and employees experience the utility
You get visibility — these projects matter
You’re not stuck in a PMO bureaucracy; you’re driving real change
Multiple operational and process‑improvement projects at once
Building scope, requirements, schedules, and resource plans
Keeping teams aligned and accountable
Identifying risks early and driving solutions
Communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Supporting training, rollout, and change management
Using internal tools to track progress and report status
Experience leading cross‑functional projects (utilities, operations, engineering, IT, or similar)
Strong PM fundamentals — scope, schedule, risk, communication
Comfortable driving accountability without authority
Clear communicator who can translate technical and non‑technical information
Experience with process improvement (Lean, continuous improvement mindset)
Bonus: exposure to SAP, GIS, scheduling/dispatch systems, or mobility apps
PMP is a plus, not a requirement
On Site 4 days per week, M-Th normal business hours local to San Diego.
