Job Title: Adjunct Fall 2026 - Biology Instructor Position Type: Faculty Department: Science, Business, & Computer Technology Work Location: Main Campus Duties: Teach one or two college Biology courses in general Biology (majors and non‑majors), Microbiology, or Anatomy & Physiology disciplines. Prepare lecture and lesson plans according to departmental syllabus and learning objectives, teach lecture and lab portion of class in‑person, grade student work, and observe chemical and other lab safety protocols. Education/Experience: Master’s degree in Biological Sciences or Master’s degree in related field with 18 graduate hours in Biological Sciences or Biological Sciences subdisciplines. Other requirements may apply. Specify interest: General Biology (BIO 111) Non‑majors biology (BIO 101/104) Qualifications: Experience teaching at the community college or college level preferred (not required).
