Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide direct clinical services to clients with mental health needs, including assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, adapting approaches to meet each client's specific circumstances.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans that outline client goals and ensure access to a broad range of linked services.

  • Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, referring clients for more detailed evaluations when necessary.

  • Actively participate in crisis intervention efforts to provide immediate support to clients facing severe distress or emergencies.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client sessions, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and professional ethical standards.

  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to align with client feedback and treatment efficacy.

  • Engage in regular communication with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesion in care delivery.

  • Participate in agency committees aimed at improving service delivery and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

  • Provide on-call coverage to ensure continuous support for clients, as designated by management.

You will primarily work with diverse client populations in Pittsburgh, many of whom may face socioeconomic challenges that exacerbate their mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, along with active LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania.

  • A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
