Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator

Location: Cupertino, CA Hybrid - remote 3 days a week and in office every Tuesday and Thursday

Introduction:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our procurement and project management teams. The successful candidate will be a critical link between project planning and execution, ensuring that project requirements are met efficiently and on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
2 years of Supply Chain and/or Vendor Management experience
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Experience with construction project management software
Experience with reading construction drawings
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Review project scope documents and validate project requirements against construction drawings
Initiate and manage the routing of procurement proposals and change orders
Maintain Project Status Tracker and communicate delays to project managers
Placing orders with vendor and tracking order fulfillment to project sites
Help develop and maintain reports leveraging project scheduling, budget, and/or cost data
Provide administrative support with tasks ranging from note taking during coordination meetings to monitoring vendor schedules as needed
