Job Description

The General Warehouse Associate supports Paladin EnviroTech’s transfer site operations by handling, moving, and preparing electronic equipment for secure recycling and shipment. This is a hands-on, physically active role designed for dependable individuals seeking steady hours and long-term opportunity within warehouse or operations functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming electronic equipment

• Load, unload, and transfer materials throughout the warehouse

• Prepare and package equipment for outbound shipment

• Follow established procedures for secure asset handling

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards

• Assist with basic inventory and warehouse tasks as needed

$20-$23/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience

• Ability to drive a forklift

• Ability to stand and remain active for full 8-hour shifts

• Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs from ground level

• Strong reliability and attendance record

• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks

• Clean background related to theft and data security
