In this role, you will be responsible for creating work orders, maintaining project and production records, updating company systems, and supporting the Scheduling and Estimating teams with day-to-day administrative activities. You will receive full training on company processes and systems while working closely with experienced professionals across the business.

The Role

• Create and process work orders within company systems
• Support the Scheduling and Estimating teams with administrative activities
• Ensure records and documentation remain accurate and up to date

The Person

• Administrative, coordination, customer service, office support, or data entry experience
• Comfortable learning new software and business systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
