Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Director of Data Foundations & Enablement in Colorado to lead an AI-ready data foundation across SAM and SCFR. You will partner with data, analytics, engineering, and business teams to establish governance, metadata, quality, semantic definitions, and ownership practices that enable scalable analytics and future agentic AI capabilities.
You will lead teams, define data contracts, steward a governance council, and ensure end-to-end data lineage.
